| Qualifications: |     | 1.) Strong knowledge of COBRA.
2.) Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership and management.
3.) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4.) Excellent attention to detail.
5.) Ability to prioritize.
6.) Ability to work in a team environment.
7.) Experience in benefits and/or COBRA administration a BIG plus.
8.) CEBS designation a plus.
