Responsibilities:		The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and technical employee benefit consulting services to plan sponsors.
Qualifications:		1.) Undergraduate degree. Master�s degree preferred. 2.) FSA or ASA under The Society of Actuary 3.) 10-15 years of consulting and/or health plan/insurance company experience. 4.) Strong technical skills. 5.) Strong Microsoft Office skills. 6.) Work well with others in a team environment. 7.) Strong communication skills. 8.) Knowledge of other health & welfare benefit plans. 9.) Strong organization skills. 10.) Traveling may be required. 11.) Energy or Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
