Weaver Partners, Inc. was founded by Peter Lindenmeyer and Jim Pyfer, two recruiting industry professionals who have been resources and contacts to each other for years. Jim had been a Partner at ESI before leaving to pursue this endeavor. At ESI, Jim grew the organization and team into a leading national resource for talent in the Employee Benefits industry. Many of the recruiters on his team have gone on to start their own firms or become leaders in other organizations. Jim's industry experience and pursuit of excellence influenced the start of the partnership between he and Peter. Peter gained his experience in the recruiting industry at The Richard Michael Group where he assisted in the development of e-staff, an organization focused on direct hire recruiting and freelance/contract opportunities within the creative industry. As Vice President, he led the organic growth from its Chicago-roots to a 160-employee organization with offices in 32 markets nationwide, and then beyond its acquisition by the Dutch-based employment agency, Randstad, where he continued to lead the Creative revenue stream as its Practice Director. Both Jim and Peter shared the passion for the recruiting industry and the desire to create an organization whose culture mirrored their commitment to success. |
