Peter Lindenmeyer, Managing Director

Peter formed Weaver Partners in 2002. He is a dynamic leader in the recruiting industry and has carved out a career that has built bridges between employers and respective talent across many industries. He has mentored hundreds of people in the industry, developing successful ethical recruiting and staffing professionals.

Peter has guided Weaver Partners into becoming a well-respected national recruiting firm focused in the Retirement Services Industry and later expanded across other disciplines within Employee Benefits. He led the overall Operations for the firm, from development and guidance of the team of recruiters, to business development and retention direction for the firm's client base. Peter has been affiliated with NAPS for more than 15 years and has sat on steering committees with ASPPA.

Peter gained his experience in the recruiting industry at The Richard Michael Group where he assisted in the development of e-staff, an organization focused on direct hire recruiting and freelance/contract opportunities within the creative industry. As Vice President, he led the organic growth from its Chicago-roots to a 160-employee organization with offices in 32 markets nationwide, and then beyond its acquisition by the Dutch-based employment agency, Randstad, where he continued to lead the Creative revenue stream as its Practice Director.

Prior to recruiting, Peter did time in the Creative Industry.

Outside the office, Peter sits on the Executive Board of The Paul Ruby Foundation for Parkinson's Research and volunteers in other areas of his community. He's an avid musician and lives in Geneva, IL with his wife, two kids, two dogs, and a mean-eyed cat named, Johnny Cash.
